We start with a GORGEOUSLY Chewy White Chocolate Blondie batter and add Salted Pretzels and White Chocolate Chips. Once spread, we top the batter with a GENEROUS amount of melted Peanut Butter then decorate the top with Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and more Salted Pretzels!
